We preserve exquisite fresh vegetables at our partner plant in La Rioja, capturing nature's flavors at the peak of each harvest so chefs and home cooks can enjoy them all year round.

Every vegetable is clean, fresh and seasonally packed at the farm in a low-sodium brine or olive oil, with no unhealthy chemicals. As with all our products, our preserves are prepared exclusively for us at each annual harvest.
