Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Zona Food Market by Khayyan Specialty Foods. Here is how we get your order to you.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may take a little longer; if there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping method and delivery times
Orders ship by UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships.

Shipping rates
Orders of $75 or more ship free. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipment confirmation and tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. Please keep the packaging and damaged items until your claim is resolved, as we may file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you to confirm it. If we cannot reach you to update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Khayyan Specialty Foods is not responsible if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package cannot be recovered.

Missing or stolen shipments
If you did not receive your order but the carrier reports it as delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@khayyan.com or (917) 544-3333. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days.
