If you have any doubts just try our products and if you are not satisfied we will replace your purchased product and add a yummy present for your troubles. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimatesation
Shipping charges for all orders are calculated by weight, delivery destination, and carrier selected at checkout.
- Shipping method: UPS Standard
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after shipment
- Shipping method: UPS Two Days
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days after shipment
- Shipping method: UPS Express
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days after shipment
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for such delays.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Khayyan Specialty Foods ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO locations will occur via the US Postal Service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Khayyan Specialty Foods is not responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Damages may occasionally occur during shipment. If your order is damaged or lost during shipment please contact us. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Damaged items will be replaced per our return/refund policy.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses And Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Khayyan Specialty Foods will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing Or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
