Sourced from traditional Mexican cocoa and crafted following original recipes that have survived generations of chocolate history, this is warm, smooth, and deeply comforting in a way that no supermarket hot chocolate will ever touch. Stone-ground and grated for effortless preparation — just heat your milk, add the chocolate gradually, stir with patience, and in five minutes you have a cup of liquid history. How to Make Traditional Spanish Hot Chocolate: Heat milk or water until boiling. Slowly add grated chocolate, stirring continuously over low heat for 5–10 minutes until it thickens to your liking. Stir the bottom gently to avoid sticking. Ratio: 300g chocolate per 1L liquid = approx. 6 servings.
