From the clean waters of the Galician Coast of Spain, hand harvested, organic Lettuce of the Sea is algae with an intense green color, is a versatile edible seaweed, a long leaved algae resembling lettuce. High in Vitamin C and Vitamin A, it is an ideal ingredient to many dishes as a compliment in flavor. Harvested by hand dehydrated in low temperatures to keep the integrity of the algae. Flexible when hydrated, crunchy when baked.
