Care and Storage: First use — curing: Immerse in hot water with ¼ cup white vinegar three times for 15 minutes each, drying 10 minutes between each immersion. Once dry, coat with olive oil before first use. Ongoing care: Store upside down in a dry place to prevent warping. Dry thoroughly before stacking. Hand wash only — never dishwasher. Discard if cracked or splinters appear.
